The Brief History Of Madras Estates
Madras Estates was founded originally in 1988 as Tamil Nadu Real Estate Pvt Ltd. Our focus was to reinvent how Residential Reality in Premium Segment Sales was done internally to reduce risk exposure for our clients and create a more productive outcome. Reducing client’s risk and increasing their opportunities while providing complete transparency served us well and caused us to grow rapidly.
The success in reinventing residential reality in Premium Segment Sales with the occasional buy and sell real estate transaction (per client requests) caused us to look for improvements in the buying and selling of Estates in Central Business District (CBD’s) of Chennai, Kochi & Bangalore. Again, focusing strictly on the client’s results (profitability and favourable terms) and their experience allowed us to identify areas that could be dramatically improved.
As an independent brokerage firm that is not encumbered by any franchises’ policies and fees, we can make quick changes and improvements in a rapidly evolving industry to ensure our client’s success. In doing so, we created ‘’Madras Estates Standard’’ that our every Estate Agent and Team Members embraces and delivers on. In current brokers World, One thing every Clientele is longing in our region is to work with highly Professional Estates Agents to handle their High Value Transactions;
The success of rendering buying and selling residential real estate with Professional residential team now required us to rename our company to represent our services better. Thus, in 2017 Tamil Nadu Real Estate Pvt Ltd was changed to Madras Estates (India).
